No! also you cannot. It is always advisable to work on your strengths. If you are good at quant and bad at verbal. Then your mission should be to get really good and rather best in quant. This will increase your score and chances. Ofcourse you can't stay bad at verbal. So you keep improving your score and aim for atleast somewhere high percentile so that your overall score doesn't dip low. Now like in my case, you also have a love hate relationship with di lr. The only way ahead is to keep solving more and more sets and survive this section. I managed 92 in it and 95 verbal with 99 in quant Your strength section will help you win the college of your choice! So no need to worry about everything 😉
